Run your business on WhatsApp — without the chaos.
Wassuup overlays a private, local-first CRM onto WhatsApp Web: classify contacts, track deals, set reminders and draft with AI — then sync it all to a real dashboard. No bots. No bulk sending. You always press Send.
The anti-CRM: it works inside WhatsApp, not instead of it.
No exporting chats, no switching apps, no risky automation. Wassuup adds a quiet workspace layer right where you already talk to customers — and mirrors it to the cloud when you want it.
Everything you need to sell on WhatsApp
Six pillars, one lightweight overlay. Here’s what it actually looks like.
Classify every chat in one click
Tag contacts Work or Personal — Customer, Supplier, Friend — right in the WhatsApp list, with your own sub-types. Faded rows show exactly who’s slipping through the cracks. Unsaved numbers get a ❓Classify chip so nothing is lost.
A real pipeline, and a Kanban board
Move deals New Lead → Closed Won, save filter views like “Hot leads”, and drag cards across a full board — over your actual conversations. Amounts, stages and won/lost, all synced to your dashboard.
Never drop a follow-up again
Set reminders that fire desktop notifications, see them on a month calendar, and export the lot to Google, Apple or Outlook with one click. Plus notes, tasks and templates anchored to each chat.
AI that drafts — you always send
Type-routed agents write replies from the conversation using your own API key. And a Smart Pacing meter watches your new-chat volume so you never trip WhatsApp’s spam radar. No bots, no bulk send — ever.
Your entire contact book, searchable
It builds itself as you scroll, imports from CSV, and a search box finds anyone across name, number, company, tags and notes — even people who aren’t currently on screen. E.164 numbers, first/last seen, the works.

Questions, answered
Will this get my WhatsApp number banned?
No. There is zero automated sending — the extension only ever drafts; you press Send. It even meters your new-chat volume to keep you on the safe side of WhatsApp’s behaviour limits.
Where does my data live?
In your browser, first. Everything works offline. Cloud sync to your own account is optional, and every row is locked to you by row-level security.
Do I need an AI subscription?
Only if you want AI drafts — and then it’s bring-your-own-key (OpenAI/OpenRouter). Everything else works without it.
I already use HubSpot / Google Contacts.
Great — connect them and we sync your Contacts, Companies and Deals in. No CRM at all? You just got one.
